What does this PR do?
Part of #277.
A plugin enabled with
cargo agents use --globalis meant for every project, but symposium only copied its skills into the project being synced.Sync now compiles each such plugin, with all its skills, into one Agent Plugins directory under
~/.symposium/installed/and installs it as the agent's own plugin. Claude Code gets a copy in~/.claude/skills/<plugin>/. Codex CLI installs it into its plugin cache throughconfig.toml, and the Copilot CLI loads it in place throughsettings.json. Antigravity CLI and Goose get a copy in their plugin folders. These agents no longer receive per-project copies of its skills; Kiro and OpenCode keep them. Syncs started at the same time take turns.Verified with each agent's own CLI in an isolated home: the plugin is listed and its skills load.
Take into account:
.opencode/skills/instead of the shared.agents/skills/.Disclosure questions
