What does this PR do?

Several agent and sync pages describe limits that do not exist, so readers plan around them.

The Antigravity pages no longer say that headless agy -p ignores the project unless given --add-dir: it adopts the repository it starts in and runs its project hooks. The Goose pages stop saying Goose has no hooks; it has them, symposium just registers none. The agent reference pages drop the global skill paths, since symposium installs skills only per project. The sync flow no longer says the skills/ parent directory gets a .gitignore: only each skill directory does.

Verified with Antigravity CLI 1.2.14 (project hooks fired under agy -p with workspacePaths set) and against the sync code for the .gitignore files.
