Graphify reviewed this change.
Looks safe to merge — no coupling regressions and no blocking issues, checked against the code graph (not a self-assessment).
Graphify review — findings
Pins actions/upload-artifact to v6 across the coverage, pstop_c coverage, and ROS 2 build workflows. The coverage and pstop_c coverage workflows step down from v7, and the ROS 2 colcon-log upload moves up from v4. Coverage summaries, HTML reports, and colcon logs all upload through the same action version.
No blocking issues surfaced. 4 lower-confidence candidates did not survive cross-model review.
Analysis details — impact, health, verification
Impact & health
Graphify review
Impact — 6 functions depend on the 6 functions this change touches.
Health — grade A; no new coupling hotspots.
Verification — 6 functions in the blast radius were not formally verified this run (proofs are advisory here).
Gate & verification
graphify gate
PASS — objectively clean (no health regressions, tests not run — proofs not run this pass (advisory)). Grounded, not self-assessed.
Advisory (not blocking):
- verification_scope: 6 function(s) in the blast radius were not formally verified this run

LGTM — a mechanical CI version-pin change with no code or logic impact.
What was reviewed: diffed all three workflow files and confirmed the only changes are the actions/upload-artifact version strings (v7→v6 in coverage.yml and pstop_c_coverage.yml, v4→v6 in ros2_build.yml), with no other steps, permissions, secrets, or triggers touched. The apparent "downgrade" from v7 to v6 in two files was checked against upstream release notes in the PR description, which list v6.0.0 as the latest published release with no v7 — so this normalizes a previously invalid/nonexistent pin rather than reverting a real upgrade.
Extended reasoning...
The diff touches only three GitHub Actions workflow YAML files, changing exclusively the version tag of actions/upload-artifact used in artifact-upload steps (coverage summary, coverage HTML reports, colcon build logs); no job logic, permissions, secrets, or triggers changed. This is a dependency/CI-config-only change with no application code or security-sensitive surface (auth, crypto, data handling) touched. The one notable wrinkle — two files going v7→v6 while the PR title claims only a 4→6 bump — is explained by the PR's own release notes showing v6.0.0 as the current latest release (no v7 exists upstream), so the prior v7 pins were themselves invalid and this PR corrects them rather than introducing a real regression. Given the small, mechanical, fully-verifiable nature of the change and no outstanding objections in the conversation metadata, this is safe to approve.
