V1 signoffs #71
Description
- We refer to this: https://opentitan.org/book/doc/project_governance/checklist/index.html?highlight=signoff#v1.
- Add block-level for all blocks from OT but also for the new blocks but lighter (CVA6 -> high prio, because Tag controller might be under the same TB, the tag ctrl will come later if needed).
- For top: https://opentitan.org/book/hw/top_earlgrey/data/chip_testplan.html#stage-v1-testpoints, maybe (TBC)
