Follow-up to #14749, and built on it: until that merges, this diff also shows its one-line heading change.

The WordPress guide lists community resources twice, an older bulleted list and the card grid other CMS guides use. This moves the list into the grid:

• Building An Astro Website With WordPress As A Headless CMS (OpenReplay): dropped from the list, it is already a card.
• Building with Astro x WordPress (Ben Holmes stream) and Astro and WordPress as an API (Darko Bozhinovski): added as cards.
• Building a Headless WordPress Site with Astro (WP Engine): removed from both. The list link returns 404 and the card link returns 410.
