The WordPress guide has two "Community Resources" headings in a row: the original bulleted list, then the card grid added in #11376. They became adjacent when #14038 removed the "Production Sites" and "Themes" sections between them. This removes the second heading so both lists sit under one.

Translations have the same duplicate, so this is not marked en-only.
