Build on arm64: aarch64 torch wheels and OpenMP affinity - #14

PyTorch publishes the +cpu local version only for x86_64; the aarch64 wheels on the same index carry the plain version, so the linux pin never resolved on arm64. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
On the arm64 build runners the OpenMP runtime bundled with the aarch64 torch wheel aborts with an affinity assertion in the child process PyInstaller uses to collect submodules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Cloud builds of this module never resolved on arm64:
torch==2.2.2+cpuis a wheel PyTorch publishes for x86_64 only, and the aarch64 wheels on the same index carry the plain2.2.2version. The pins now select byplatform_machine, so amd64 keeps the+cpuwheel it had. With the pins fixed, PyInstaller's analysis then aborted on arm64: it imports torch in a child process, and the OpenMP runtime bundled with the aarch64 wheel fails an affinity assertion inside the build container (
OMP: Error #13 ... kmp_affinity.cpp).KMP_AFFINITY=disabledon the PyInstaller invocation avoids that; it only affects the packaging step.Verified on the cloud build image: 21443 passes on amd64 and arm64.
