Persist conversation error cards so quota/provider failures remain visible after switching sessions, refresh, or restart, while excluding those records from model requests and compaction. Reconcile live/history errors by occurrence ID without losing repeated equal failures.
This release also makes Responses the default for ACEModel profiles without an explicit protocol and unifies the busy composer action: stop for an empty draft, queue for text or attachments, with a consistent accent background.
Validation: 141 targeted Windows native tests; full Web tests and build; real ChatView switch/refresh/replay browser fixture; composer browser checks; ACEModel installer migration tests; strict OpenSpec, layer, ownership, size, include, map, and documentation checks. Full Windows release regression is running; GitHub checks must pass before publication. Three OpenSpec changes and v1.0.3 release notes are included.
