Set the CMake and vcpkg versions to 1.0.3 for the integrated session-error persistence, ACEModel protocol defaults, and composer controls from #120. Release notes are in
docs/releases/v1.0.3.md.Validation: version files agree and
git diff --checkpasses. The tag will be created from synchronized master after integration; publication requires successful tests on that exact commit and the complete cross-platform package and mirror checks.
