Homepage: add Talos Enterprise Hypervisor as coming soon

Adds the enterprise rung to the Hypervisor section of the homepage, so it mirrors the Kubernetes row (open source, enterprise, management). Coming-soon card: not clickable, no docs yet. Where its docs will live is a later IA decision.

A specific service-level promise on the landing page for an unreleased product has no page a reader can click through to for terms.
  • Fix: description: "The enterprise build of Talos Hypervisor: FIPS-enabled builds, SBOMs, VEX, and signed images."

Rechecked today against main, regen comes out identical. Bot's critical is wrong, it missed the common.yaml change. Anant wants this card up, so can you approve when you get a sec?
