Lecture 1 of 2026-27 («Η Γραμμή Εντολών», 02/10) is out on the course site as assets/pdf/lec01.pdf.

What changed in the slides

I diffed it against the 2025-26 deck page by page, both the text and the rendered images. It has the same 43 pages in the same order, and the content is unchanged:

Slide Change In the guide?
p. 2 «έχουμε άλλο ένα τμήμα!» dropped from the lab announcement not mentioned before, no change
p. 4–5 captions for the recap/agenda images no
p. 10 photo of Linus Torvalds added no
p. 24 the volunteer demo now shows a real host, ssh ubuntu@44.… no: it's a throwaway demo machine, so the chapter keeps ssh user@host
p. 9, 27 line wrapping no

What this PR changes

  • Chapter 1: date and slides point to the 2026 deck. «Διάβασμα» links the new deck and keeps last year's as a second link. The page ranges still hold.
  • questions/slides/slides-lec01-*: the source URL now points to the new deck, with years: [2025, 2026]. The slide numbers are unchanged.
  • sources/manifest.yaml: lecture 1 gets the 2026 date and url. make fetch downloads lec00 and lec01 to sources/slides/2026/.
  • sources/extract/lec01.yaml: a changes_from_2025 list is added.
  • README: «ως τώρα: Διαλέξεις 0–1».

make check passes.

The 2026-27 deck (assets/pdf/lec01.pdf on the course site) has the same
43 pages as 2025-26; only an announcement, image captions, a photo and
the ssh demo host changed, none of which the chapter covers. Chapter 1,
its slide questions and the manifest now point to the new deck, and
`make fetch` downloads it.
