The 2026-27 deck (assets/pdf/lec02.pdf on the course site) has the same 35 pages as 2025-26. It drops the office-hours announcement, adds image captions, fixes "μπορώ" to "μπορεί" on p. 25, and fixes the off-by-one in the memory diagrams (now Byte 0 ... Byte N-1), which the chapter already described correctly. Chapter 2, its slide questions, the extract notes and the manifest now point to the new deck, and `make fetch` downloads it.

It drops the office-hours announcement (p. 2), adds image captions (pp. 3–4), changes «μπορώ» to «μπορεί» (p. 25), and fixes the off-by-one in the memory diagrams (pp. 6, 7, 15, 24, 25:
Byte N-1is now the last byte). The chapter already said addresses run from 0 to N-1, so no chapter text changes beyond the links; the extract notes are updated.make lintandgen-exercises --checkpass. The slide URL goes live once progintro/progintro.github.io#32 is merged.Opened from socrates.
