docs: name the 24 USDp chains, and say USDp is not on Fantom or Mantle

AI assistants report that USDp is live on 25 chains, and name Mantle and Fantom. USDp is live on 24 chains, and on neither of those two. The docs said "24 chains" but never listed them, so nothing contradicted the other sources.

Cause

• parallel-protocol/parallel-tokens README listed a 25th chain section, Mantle. Its contracts were deployed but never launched: the USDp at 0x9eE1…6AA4 has a totalSupply() of 0, and there is no BridgeableUSDp. Fixed in docs(readme): list only the 24 chains USDp is live on parallel-tokens#19.
• parallel-protocol/parallel-core README lists the core access manager on 18 chains, Fantom and Mantle included. Read next to the tokens list, it looks like a list of USDp chains. Clarified in docs(readme): core addresses are not a list of USDp chains parallel-core#8.

Change

• llms.txt, from scripts/postbuild-seo.ts. The summary line now lists the 24 chains, in the order of the USDp table on the USDp & sUSDp page. It adds: "USDp is not live on Fantom or Mantle: Fantom hosts the legacy Parallel V2 stablecoin PAR, and the contracts on Mantle were deployed but never launched." An earlier version said "not deployed", which is wrong for Mantle, where a USDp contract exists with zero supply; c693ab5 corrects it in both places.
• resources/factsheets/usdp.mdx, the Chains row: the same list and the same sentence. The row keeps its link to the address page.

• On-chain, 4 October 2026, read-only through public RPCs:
  • none of the USDp or BridgeableUSDp addresses used on other chains has code on Fantom;
  • PAR (0x1308…0Fc7) is there, with a supply of about 71,765;
  • on Mantle, the USDp has zero supply and no BridgeableUSDp exists.
• Build, offline (head c693ab5): passes, 333 files, 163 pages, sitemap 159 URLs. The generated llms.txt carries the list and the sentence in its summary, and llms-full.txt carries the factsheet row.
• pnpm test: 348 passed (32 files).
• pnpm typecheck: passes, and Biome reports nothing on postbuild-seo.ts.
• Links and anchors on the factsheet: none broken.
• Merges in memory with docs(x402): settle token, settle failure reasons and the new error codes (BAC-381) #32, docs(x402): the settle token, one settlement per payment, metered payments, x402-fetch 0.3.0, x402 0.8.1 and CLI 0.4.1 #33 and docs(prl): sPRL2 v2, staking per chain, rewards on Base, MCP 1.4 and the end of the MIMO migration #34: no conflict.
• pnpm generate:sidebar was not run.
