Restore LoroDoc::state_vv() -> VersionVector in the public and internal Rust APIs after 1.17.0 changed it to LoroResult<VersionVector>. Existing callers can compile without adding error handling. Keep try_state_vv() for explicit decode-error handling; the legacy method panics only after document locks have been released. WASM version() keeps using the fallible path.

Bump only loro and loro-internal to 1.17.1 and require loro-internal >= 1.17.1 from loro. Include the compatibility regression, update callers, and document the error boundary in context/arena-parent-links.md.

Validation:

  • 206 tests passed: cargo test --offline -p loro --test state_version --test unparsable_history --test loro_rust_test.
  • 8 internal undo tests passed: cargo test --offline -p loro-internal --test undo.
  • cargo check --offline --locked -p loro-wasm passed.
  • cargo fmt --all --check and git diff --check passed.
  • cargo metadata --offline --locked --format-version 1 --no-deps passed.

Merging this release PR triggers the existing crates.io publishing workflow for these two crates.

Keep try_state_vv for fallible history reads. See context/arena-parent-links.md for error-boundary rationale.
