.claude/CLAUDE.mdtold thereviewerskill to write its review as the last section ofdocs/ARCHITECTURE.md. It now says the review is a separate document,docs/Review.md, opened with the date and the commit reviewed, and thatdocs/ARCHITECTURE.mddescribes the design and holds no review.
