feat: add AWS_SMUS connector type - #2812

AWS SageMaker Unified Studio connections use the connector name aws-smus, which AtlanConnectorType doesn't list. Add it, with the matching constant in the package toolkit's Connectors.pkl so the two lists stay in sync. The category is SaaS, which is what the Atlan UI sets on these connections.
