- 新增 vmkv_native.{hpp,cpp}：native 分派两级表与各 op handler（含双形态换名）
- vmkv.cpp：native 段拆出；do_call/enter_frame 方法化，run_frame 只留编排
- vmkv.hpp / CMakeLists.txt 同步；附带 tutorial-migration-STATUS.md 交接文档
验证：编译通过；benchmark shm 10-case 30/30 valid。
