runtimec2: namespace ops → rwir（+ rwir_table 期望对齐） - #565

11 文件：namespace 声明 + 裸 `ops::` 限定引用（223 处）+ gen_ops.py 模板； rwir_gen.cpp 重新生成。未误伤非 namespace 的 ops（OpStat ops 等）。 验证：make runtimec2 通过；C ABI 导出符号与改动前逐符号 diff 一致； iops N=2000 13.9µs 无回归。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
表自 #540 双形态拆分（299→305）与 struct·new 归 Native 后， complex 127→133、native 72→79、handoff 1→0；测试期望此前未同步， 在 master 上即失败（与本轮 namespace rename 无关）。 验证：rwir_table 通过（305 = 172 base + 133 complex；impl 166/6/54/79/0）。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>

kvlang::runtimec2::ops→rwir，含裸ops::限定 223 处与gen_ops.py模板；rwir_gen.cpp重生成。未误伤非 namespace 的 ops。rwir_table仍写 299 项/127 complex/72 native/1 handoff，但表自 array 双形态迁移（compactarray / scatterarray）+ runtimec2 run_frame 拆分 #540 双形态拆分与 struct·new 归 Native 后已是 305 = 172 base + 133 complex；impl 166/6/54/79/0。该测试在 master 上本就失败（非本轮 rename 引入），已一并更新。验证：
