[M5-S2] Title screen and credits #70

User story
As a juror, I want a title and credits, so that I know what I'm playing and who made it.
Acceptance criteria
- Title (working title until the team picks one), Start, Credits
- Credits: team, tools and every source in NOTICE.md
Design and references
Title is still open: 11 – decision 13.
Dependencies
Suggested owner: Alexander (pipeline, art, scenes, deploy).
Verification
Start → play → finish → credits → title, with keyboard and gamepad.

Done in #117 (title screen and credits). It merged into its stack base and reached main with #115, so closing by hand.
