Closes #533
This is #564's content. #564 was stacked on #563, and when #563 merged into
devthe stacked pull request was merged into the old branch rather thandev, so the milestone copy never reacheddev(only the access checks did). This branch now holds exactly the three milestone-copy commits on top ofdev(no conflicts), and nothing else. What
A Copy Milestone button on the milestone page (project managers only) opening a dialog: Copy milestone only (name + " (Copy)", description, tags, dates; its tasks stay put), Copy milestone and N tasks (also copies the tasks as new, unassigned tasks under the copy, reset to "not completed", with no logs, responses or comments), or Cancel. You land on the new milestone. The whole copy is one transaction. Project managers only, with or without tasks.
See #564 for the full description and test notes: 5 mutation tests, 7 dialog tests, both variants in the shared "refuses outsiders and contributors" test; typecheck (apart from the existing
getJsonSchema.test.tserrors), lint and the full suite pass. Not yet checked in a browser.Merge order
Merge this first, then #565 (copy a set of tasks), which builds on it.
