Change

Narrow the browser-extension skill’s blanket manual-entry-point guidance: share reminder delivery only when the requested side effects match. Explain independent catalog selection, index validation, active-session boundaries, and handler-level assertions.

Motivating pattern

A manual catalog choice routed through a scheduled-reminder pipeline can unintentionally send a notification and alter random repeat-avoidance history. Bypassing a time gate does not make that pipeline appropriate for every user action. Readers now have a concrete boundary between reusable selection logic and effectful delivery, plus checks that catch accidental coupling.

Validation

  • Python 3.12: both repository CI commands pass (62 pytest tests; 62 unittest tests).
  • git diff --check passes.
  • One existing skill changed; no registration changes needed.
