Preserve required check names when splitting CI jobs into a matrix. Adds a concrete aggregate-job example to the existing Actions efficiency skill, with explicit rejection of failed, cancelled, or skipped dependencies.
Pattern motivating the change: a matrix refactor can pass every new check while leaving branch protection waiting for the original required name. A stable aggregate preserves that contract without making a failed matrix look green. Readers can optimize job structure while keeping the existing merge gate meaningful.
Validation: all 62 tests pass with both CI commands on Python 3.12; git diff --check passes. Exercised the example's shell condition for success, failure, cancelled, and skipped results. GitHub scheduling behavior was checked against the linked official documentation; no live matrix probe was run.
