The release workflow had no concurrency guard and never verified that the tag pointed at
main, even thoughRELEASING.mdrequires it.concurrency: release-${{ github.ref }}withcancel-in-progress: falseso duplicate runs for one tag serialize instead of racing the tag.$GITHUB_SHAis an ancestor oforigin/main.RELEASING.md.YAML validated; the ancestor check passes for the current branch (an ancestor of
origin/main).
