fix(docker): divide container CPU % by every logical CPU - #2803
The Docker tab divides each container's docker stats CPU % by the number of cores times the threads of the first core. On hybrid Intel CPUs, where only the P-cores have Hyper-Threading, that is more than the number of logical CPUs: an i5-14600K has 20 but the page divides by 28, so every container reads 29% low.
docker stats counts one online logical CPU as 100% (the daemon scales by the cpuN lines in /proc/stat), so the divisor should be the number of online CPUs. This reads them from /sys/devices/system/cpu/online with the existing parse_cpu_ranges(), which expands ranges of any size. max(1, …) only keeps the divisor above zero if that file cannot be read; there is no other fallback, since counting sibling groups would count cores, not threads.
- var w1 = Math.round(Math.min(id[1].slice(0,-1)/<?=count($cpus)*count(preg_split('/[,-]/',$cpus[0]))?>,100)*100)/100+'%';+ var w1 = Math.round(Math.min(id[1].slice(0,-1)/<?=max(1,count(parse_cpu_ranges('/sys/devices/system/cpu/online') ?? []))?>,100)*100)/100+'%';
$cpus (line 28) is no longer used by this page but stays, since other pages on the Docker tab are evaluated in the same scope.
Tested on 7.3.4 with an i5-14600K: the divisor is now 20, matching docker info's NCPU, and a container busy on exactly one thread (about 100% in docker stats) shows 5.0% instead of 3.6%; every busy row matches docker stats ÷ 20, with no PHP warnings. parse_cpu_ranges() counts 0-19, 0-3,8-11, 0,2,4 and 0-63 as 20, 8, 3 and 64, and an empty or missing file gives 1. On CPUs whose cores all have the same thread count the divisor is the same as before.

Bug Fixes
Improved CPU load percentage reporting by basing calculations on the system’s online CPU count, with a safe fallback when no CPUs are detected. This helps avoid inaccurate readings on systems with varied CPU configurations.
docker stats counts one logical CPU as 100%. On hybrid Intel CPUs only the P-cores have Hyper-Threading, so cores times the first core's threads overcounts (28 instead of 20 on an i5-14600K).

Walkthrough
The Docker tab CPU percentage calculation now uses the count of parsed online CPU ranges as its denominator. If parsing returns an empty result, the denominator is 1.

Explanation
Objective [#2802]: the Docker tab CPU % divisor must match the number of logical CPUs. The whole-PR diff (merge base to head) changes one line in emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/DockerContainers.page. The old divisor, count($cpus)*count(preg_split('/[,-]/',$cpus[0])), multiplied the core count by the thread count of the first core. The new divisor is max(1,count(parse_cpu_ranges('/sys/devices/system/cpu/online') ?? [])). This counts every online logical CPU. On the i5-14600K in the issue, the online list is 0-19, so the divisor is 20 instead of 28. This matches the NCPU that docker stats uses. On CPUs whose cores all have the same thread count, cores times threads equals the online CPU count, so those readings do not change. This matches the issue's statement that these CPUs are not affected. Change since the previous review: the earlier reviewed state used a fallback to $cpus. The current head uses a fallback of 1 when the online list is empty or missing. The issue does not specify a fallback, so this change does not affect the objective. Residual uncertainty: the definition of parse_cpu_ranges() was not read in this review. Its return value for a missing file is inferred from the PR description (empty input gives 1). The PR author reports the range counts 0-19→20, 0-3,8-11→8, 0,2,4→3 and 0-63→64, and a manual test on Unraid 7.3.4. No automated test covers the change. The issue does not request one.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The whole-PR diff contains one changed line in emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/DockerContainers.page. The line sets the CPU percentage divisor in the dockerload message handler. This change implements the CPU % objective in [#2802] directly. The PR adds no other source, configuration, documentation, or test changes. The $cpus variable (line 28) is still assigned but no longer used on this page. The PR description says other pages on the Docker tab use the same scope. The PR does not change that assignment, so it adds no unrelated change. The previous assessment described the fallback as $cpus. The current head uses 1 as the fallback. This assessment uses the current head, as shown in the whole-PR diff.

parse_cpu_ranges() expands ranges of any size, so a sibling group such as 0-3 is no longer counted as two. Falls back to the core list if the file is missing.
