Tracker close-out after #108 merged (b9e27d9):
The f1at evidence also records why the Daily Release failed on 10-05, 10-06 and 10-07.
scripts/privacy-gate.tsaudits every object in the checkout store, and CI's full fetch pulled the open feature branch, whose history held an older test blob with the synthetic 61-character PEM-header rule fixture (no key material). That branch auto-deleted on merge. A fresh full clone at b9e27d9 passes the gate (2583 objects audited).This PR changes tracker records and the regenerated CHANGELOG only. It has no code changes.
