docs: record verified October 17 release and GitHub intake - #1488
Conversation
Record PR #1479's reviewed head, identical merged tree, final hosted coverage, immutable producer/tag/publisher binding, public npm latest and exact-version availability, and successful Linux/macOS/Windows npm and Bun acceptance. Retain independent public SDK/CLI/npx/bunx consumer and recent telemetry/Sentry proof while distinguishing span enrichment, captured-error symbolication, physical queue state and the older backend service version. Preserve October 16's failed Sentry gate and missed UTC-day publication, previous-day retry skip, review-provider limitations and original historical reliability denominators. Keep the standing health reminder open and all implemented owners closed without rewriting their immutable close events. Triage GitHub #1486 and #1487 as open, unclaimed work with complete planning metadata, canonical lineage and sandbox-safe baseline controls. Record the residual webhook for intentionally retired Scrutinizer without removing it or reinstating that analyzer. Validate the build, latest package-owned unchanged changelog, tracker context, graph composition, record integrity, terminal defect evidence, documentation links, secrets and dependency audit. Full history validation has zero drift; existing legacy closure-field warnings remain explicitly qualified.
Reviewer's guide (collapsed on small PRs)Reviewer's GuideThis documentation-only PM update records verified October 17 release and registry evidence, preserves unresolved release-health and historical reliability context, and adds unclaimed intake for GitHub issues #1486/#1487 plus retired Scrutinizer webhook cleanup. It also updates linked PM histories and metadata while reporting validation with zero new drift and retaining existing warnings. File-Level Changes

Record the actual post-merge release result for PR #1479: v2026.10.17 is public, npm
latestresolves to it, and the producer, publisher and all nine cross-platform registry acceptance jobs succeeded. PM now retains exact reviewed/merged identities, hosted full coverage, fresh public SDK/CLI/npx/bunx checks and recent Sentry/telemetry delivery evidence.Preserve October 16's missed release and original historical reliability failures, unavailable review-provider limitations, and the remaining span-enrichment/symbolication criteria. Keep the release-health reminder open for its scheduled check and all work unclaimed. Intake #1486 and #1487 as open PM work with planning metadata and existing sandbox-safe controls; record the residual webhook for intentionally retired Scrutinizer. These reports are not claimed fixed.

Validation: build; latest pm-changelog 2026.10.16 generation/check (CHANGELOG unchanged); tracker-context, graph-composition and record-integrity gates; terminal defect evidence; documentation links; tracked secrets; dependency audit. Full history validation reports zero drift across 2,981 items, retaining 170 pre-existing legacy closure-field warnings. Strict complete active inventory: zero. This changes PM evidence and intake only; hosted checks remain required before merge.
