Adds Evergreen, a local-first scanner for end-of-life and deprecated runtimes, packages, and GitHub Actions. It installs from npm (
evergreen-deprecation) and itsscan --format sarifoutput is consumed with the built-insarifparser. Scans use no network access.Not yet run:
trunksnapshot tests (evergreen_v0.6.0_*.check.shot) still need to be generated by a maintainer or in CI. I verified the underlying command locally:evergreen scan . --format sarifemits valid SARIF 2.1.0 and exits 0.
