Summary

Adds a subset of pstack-claude skills to .claude/skills/ so Claude sessions working in this repo can invoke them for the upcoming ts/ architecture realignment.

  • Copied unmodified from michael-denyer/pstack-claude@36885ea (plugin 0.9.103), with its MIT license and notices in .claude/skills/_pstack/.
  • Included: poteto-mode, figure-it-out, architect, arena, swarm, interrogate, blast-radius, how, why, show-me-your-work, and the 24 principle-* skills they reference by name.
  • Not included: the plugin's SessionStart hook (no automatic routing; skills run only when invoked), its agents, and unrelated skills.
  • .gitignore: .claude/ → .claude/* + !.claude/skills/, so only shared skills are tracked; local settings stay ignored.

No production code changes. Draft until the team agrees on tracking .claude/skills/.

Adds a subset of pstack-claude skills (poteto-mode, figure-it-out,
architect, arena, swarm, interrogate, blast-radius, how, why and the
principle skills they reference) so Claude sessions in this repo can
invoke them for the ts/ architecture realignment. Copied unmodified
from michael-denyer/pstack-claude@36885ea with its MIT license and
notices; the plugin's SessionStart hook is not included.

.gitignore now tracks .claude/skills/ only; the rest of .claude/
stays ignored.
