Move the checked message-append lock and diagnostic-preservation guard into the existing session history implementation, delegating storage/index work to a private helper that requires the same lock. This keeps
session_manager.cppbelow its established size limit without changing message persistence behavior. All seven strict source checks now pass individually with fail-fast exit handling. The behavioral implementation already passed the full Windows suite (6229 passed, 9 skipped, zero failures); native session regressions are being rebuilt and rerun after this structural move. No v1.0.3 tag has been created.
