Keep Aspire dependencies on MessagePack 2.x
When TUnit.Aspire.Core starts Aspire's StreamJsonRpc-based control channel, this override forces MessagePack 3.1.12 onto Aspire.Hosting 13.6.1 and StreamJsonRpc 2.25.29, even though the adjacent compatibility guard explicitly records that those dependencies require the patched 2.x line and are not API-compatible with 3.x. This undoes the pin added for Aspire and can cause the AppHost/test RPC path to fail at runtime; retain a patched 2.5.x override until Aspire updates its dependency.

[High impact] No blocking defect was established; the earlier non-blocking guidance issue remains. Findings

Version guidance contradicts the upgrade
The new 3.1.12 override contradicts the comment above it, which says MessagePack 3.x is incompatible with Aspire.Hosting and StreamJsonRpc. Both other changed projects refer readers to this explanation, leaving maintainers with conflicting guidance about which version is safe.
Update the explanation to say why 3.x is now supported, or retain the 2.x pin if that restriction still applies.

Keep the Aspire MessagePack override on patched 2.x.
Aspire.Hosting.Testing 13.6.1 and Aspire.Hosting.AppHost 13.6.1 depend on MessagePack 2.5.302 and StreamJsonRpc 2.25.29. This project now forces MessagePack 3.1.12, which the compatibility note states is not API-compatible with those consumers. The override can cause build or runtime incompatibility.
