Summary

  • Install cq through mise's GitHub backend (prebuilt release binaries) instead of a local cargo install from the worktree. Same approach Coder workspaces already use for their tools.
  • Pinned to 0.10.2 with minimum_release_age = "0s" on that entry: it's my own repo, so the default 24h hold on new releases only gets in the way. Everything else keeps the default.
  • Dropped cq from the "cargo-installed binaries" comment, since it no longer is one.

Test plan

  • mise install && mise reshim, then which cq resolves to the mise shim and cq --version prints 0.10.2.
  • If you have an old cargo installed cq, cargo uninstall cq so it can't shadow the shim.

Prebuilt binaries via the github backend instead of cargo install from a
local worktree. Pinned to 0.10.2 with minimum_release_age = 0s since it's
our own repo.
