Sets `html.formatter.whitespaceSensitivity` to `"strict"` in the shared Biome config, so the formatter keeps leading and trailing spaces in element text in every element. The default (`"css"`) only protects elements that browsers display inline by default. taraxvoid.net lost a space next to a link (taraxvoid/taraxvoid.net#55). Biome 2.5.15 doesn't format `.astro` markup unless HTML full support is enabled, so this doesn't change current output in callers. It guards against the case where Biome starts formatting markup (the 2.6 upgrade, or full support switched on). Trade-off: block elements whose text hugs the tags format as `<p\n >text</p\n>` when they wrap. Brings the v0.15.1 version bump and changelog from main into next. Auto-merges with a merge commit once checks pass; do not squash it, or main's commits never become ancestors of next and the next back-merge conflicts on the same lines again.
