Companion to symposium-dev/symposium#316 that renames the plugin manifest from
SYMPOSIUM.tomltoSymposium.toml. Without it, the plugins in this registry stop loading once that change ships.Kept as a draft until symposium-dev/symposium#316 lands, since this repo's CI builds symposium from
main, so validation is only meaningful after that.They should land together in the same release.
