swagger-ui-es-bundle-core.jsbundlessha.js, whose 2.4.12 release addedrequire('to-buffer'), so the published bundle now has an externalimport * from "to-buffer"that neitherswagger-uinorswagger-ui-reactdeclares (likebase64-js/ieee754forbuffer).
