What changes and why
Update the existing Cowork verification record with the 16 October 2026 read-only refresh after PRs #3 and #5 merged. Cowork independently detected accepted main advancing from e4192e5 to d3c51df, read the new instructions at that revision, and correctly described the updated team-review policy and setup.
Evidence and limits
Documented observation by Codex of the isolated Cowork session's host-tool activity and answer, corroborated by independent remote-main and clean local-checkout checks at
d3c51dff314ef7e4ce279ac636fc4b497691a4e9. This is a verification account, not a verbatim transcript. No private session URLs, local paths, credentials or unrelated drafts are included.The local checkout was already fast-forwarded by Codex. This proves detecting and reading newer accepted content, not fetching a missing commit, automatic import expansion or background sync. The saved bootstrap was present; Cowork reported its staged CLAUDE.md snapshot absent and read repository instructions explicitly. Existing-PR reuse, local Claude Code behavior, ordinary human-approved auto-merge, and other environments remain unverified.
Validation and review
All three local validators pass with zero violations; git diff --check passes. The owner subsequently requested independent review and merge, authorizing ready status and native auto-merge under existing protections. The previous one-time exceptions apply only to PRs #3 and #5, not this change. Independent eligible human review remains required.
