Removes the required local Ollama provider/pins; all pins are openrouter :free slugs verified by live round-trip 2026-08-29. Adds doctor --deep. Work looked complete and verified, so not a draft.

Sweep 2026-10-20: not merging. Ran node tools/doctor.mjs (live) on this head (47f9057): 25 pass / 7 fail. The free-slug pins have rotted since the 2026-08-29 round-trip:

• openrouter/poolside/laguna-s-2.1:free: GONE (slug no longer exists). It is still the top-level model default and the executor pin, and main has the same breakage.
• openrouter/poolside/laguna-xs-2.1:free (command:commit): GONE
• openrouter/minimax/minimax-m3:free (pr-review / reviewer-cheap primary, several fallbacks): DELISTED, moved to paid
• openrouter/minimax/minimax-m2.7:free (command:name, proposer-c fallback): DELISTED, moved to paid
• openrouter/nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b:free: round-trip "Provider returned error" (could be transient)

Still serving: nemotron-3-ultra-550b, thinkingmachines/inkling-small, cohere/north-mini-code. Fallbacks were not round-tripped (--deep not run).

--offline static checks all pass, so the structural change (optional Ollama tier) is fine. Merging now would swap one set of dead pins for another. It needs a re-pin pass with fresh live round-trips (keeping proposer families diverse), then doctor --deep green, before it merges.

Correction to the earlier sweep comment (verified 2026-10-20 against the live OpenRouter API, not the local opencode models cache):

• poolside/laguna-s-2.1:free and poolside/laguna-xs-2.1:free are NOT gone: both are in /api/v1/models and both round-trip OK today. They carry expiration_date: 2026-10-31, so they die in 11 days. Main's executor default (laguna-s-2.1:free) works now and breaks on 10-31.
• minimax/minimax-m3:free and minimax/minimax-m2.7:free really are gone (only paid variants listed). minimax/minimax-m3.1-flash:free exists as a possible replacement.
• nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b:free is still listed; the provider error was likely transient.

Still not mergeable as-is: the minimax pins are dead and both laguna pins expire on 10-31. Re-pin before then and run doctor --deep.
