Keep the same pins as Framework: EPPlus 4.5.2.1, ImageSharp 3.1.12 with audit suppressions pending a Six Labors community license, Roslyn 4.10.0, MSBuild 18.0.2, and threading analyzers 17.14.15. Add Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.Extensions.Azure and ReadSql coverage. Adapt JSPool 4 and NUnit 5 internals, bump Azure.Search.Documents, and stabilize Lunr/Handlebars tests for culture and whitespace.
