🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Make the GNS3 bridge creation idempotent.
Lines 57–68 check whether an interface exists before they create it. Lines 119–120 do not do this. If the script runs again on the same host, ip l add brgns3 fails because the bridge exists. ovs-vsctl del-port also fails because the port is gone. set -e then stops the script.

🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Wait for tk0 to reach available. Do not check it only once.
Line 185 takes tk0 out of maintenance mode. Line 184 changes the network interface. Ironic can then leave the node in a transient state for some time. The check at Line 194 runs once, so it can fail the job when the node is still changing state. Poll the state with a timeout.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Separate the host allocation pool from the Neutron allocation pool.
provision_wl_allocation_pool_end is 192.168.34.40. provision_wl_neutron_allocation_pool_start is 192.168.34.31. The addresses .31–.40 are in both pools. Kayobe can give one of these addresses to a host, and Neutron can also give it to a port. This causes an IP conflict on the provisioning network. The aio network ends its host pool at .30. Use the same limit here.
