edg: the bit-field knob is refuted; the fix is kencc and needs no reg… - #624

The probe was reached for to price kencc's bit-field allocation and its thirty-one headers contain not one bit field, so the acid diff would have come back empty -- reading exactly like a change that costs nothing, which is the void-measurement shape the probe's own header already records for the pcc that appended -J to both sides. Four public APE headers hold a bit field, swept rather than recalled, and only two move: resolv.h and curl.h, where the member after the group fits the container tail at its own alignment. fenv_arch.h's int cannot share and obstack.h's group is last. iostream.h was a false hit. Both movers are structs written expecting the shared container -- __res_state is glibc's own layout -- so on those the change makes the header right rather than different. Adds the four headers, a four-shape control of the rule measured on gcc first, and the second axis: the two sides are two compilers with the same flags, and the before dump must be taken first because the bit-field line was never gated on conformalign and no flag asks for the old allocation afterwards.
