#182 renamed the e-stepper's button from "Clear dead frames" to "Clear unreachable objects". The CSE machine of the frontend names its buttons in title case, and the e-stepper uses that toolbar when the frontend lends it (source-academy/frontend#4511 renames "Clear Dead Frames" there). So that the two say exactly the same, the e-stepper's own button, README and tests now say "Clear Unreachable Objects".
