Refresh the crate's agent entrypoint and Readme guidance for the current context installer.
The installer now installs dependency context and skills, writes
.agents/context/index.md, and leavesagents.mdrepository-owned. The old generated context list included the removed Cargo Publishing guide and instructions to rewriteagents.md. This updates the entrypoint, moves the Agent Context section under Contributing, and prepares a v0.1.1 patch release for the public Readme change.
