Measure LLVM source regions without a text-based syntax-only filter, while retaining the explicit
unreachable!()exclusion.LLVM can map executable behavior to a span that contains only a delimiter or macro name, so classifying spans by source text can hide uncovered outcomes. The task now measures every LLVM-reported region except regions inside
unreachable!()calls, and its coverage output and guidance reflect that policy. The regression test verifies that delimiter and macro-name spans remain measured.
