…link-tron in deployment chainlink-evm 9f8f9d5c74 and framework v0.126.0 both take tron addresses from chainlink-tron/relayer/gotron-sdk. Framework v0.123.3 still used the fbsobreira path, so the deployment module could not link both. Framework v0.126.0 needs keystore 86cd57d9fd and chainlink-ton 94ca436e6c53 for tonutils-go v1.18.

chainlink-tron #54 folded the gotron-sdk fork into the chainlink-tron/relayer module, so gomodguard now blocks its address helpers along with the relayer. System tests only use those helpers to build the address types the deployments framework takes. The rule stays in place for the relayer itself.
