ubuntu-22.04 runners only carry OTP 24+, so OTP 22 prebuilts are unavailable. The hexpm/elixir Debian images ship every Elixir+OTP combination, so we run each matrix entry in the matching container instead of using setup-beam to install Erlang/Elixir on the host. OTP's ssl app no longer ships example certs in newer versions, so Application.app_dir(:ssl, "examples/certs/etc/server") resolves to a missing path. Bundle self-signed test certs in test/support/certs/ and point get_certs/0 at them instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The server-side cacertfile is only needed for mutual TLS (client cert verification), which these tests don't use. Drop the file and the option, leaving only certfile and keyfile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
