Builds now show stage timings in GitHub job summaries, group stage logs, and support structured notices, warnings and errors. CI validates Linux, Windows and documentation before master publishes packages or deploys Pages.
New package releases temporarily publish to the public Cloudsmith NuGet feed while nuget.org ownership transfer is pending. The build CLI accepts --nuget-source, and CI reads CLOUDSMITH_API_KEY through the existing environment-based API key option. Missing credentials fail the publish job. The README opens with a prominent temporary-feed warning, restore instructions and Cloudsmith hosting attribution.
Release versions: Partas.Build 0.7.0; Partas.Build.Cmd 0.3.2; Partas.Build.Baked, Partas.ExternalAnnotations, Partas.ExternalAnnotations.Tool and Partas.Build.ExternalAnnotations 0.1.2. Assembly versions are unchanged.
Validation: full local Build CLI test gate with GitHub Actions environment enabled: 477 passed, 8 ignored, including Debug and Release compiler probes. Build CLI help and non-executing publish plan verified; source and secret handling reviewed. Hosted Linux/Windows/documentation checks must pass before merge. Unrelated local configuration edits are excluded.
