Includes a number of changes/fixes:

• Implements support for the Fractured Archive raid, including PB, loot and party-size tracking functionality.
• Muted clanmates: a muted player's clan chat only appears on their own screen. Clans using our chat bridge can now show those messages to clanmates who use the plugin, as clan chat with a muted icon next to the name. Messages from players you ignore are not shown.
• PvP kills include the victim's combat level, world, region and Wilderness level.
• In-game messages from the plugin are now off by default.
• Pharaoh's sceptres from Pyramid Plunder are tracked.
• Player killers are named again, including opponents in PvP minigames.
• Deaths in the PK tutor and hardcore-safe minigames are treated as safe.
