jwalk 0.9 gathers a directory entry's `read_children_path` and
`read_children_error` into one `read_children`, so pks didn't compile
against it. Setting that to None skips the directory's contents, as
setting `read_children_path` to None did, and 0.9 changes nothing else
pks uses: the walk's defaults and its handling of a skipped directory
are as they were.
Nothing in pks has used serde_magnus, and nothing loads pks into Ruby.
0.7 built without Ruby, but 0.11 brings in magnus and rb-sys, whose
build reads a Ruby installation's headers. So every build of pks would
need Ruby, and the Windows release target can't build at all: rb-sys
stops because the runner's Ruby was built for MinGW, not MSVC.
