Bot submission
Adds RumbleOnboardingScout 1.0.0, a Java starter bot that turns its gun and fires at scanned opponents.
bots/<platform>/<BotName>/.<BotName>.json,<BotName>.sh,<BotName>.cmd, and source, with the.shcommitted as executable (100755).<TeamName>.json, with exactly two activename versionmember identities and no launchers or source. (Not applicable: individual bot.)licenseand the source uses an official Tank Royale Bot API.python scripts/validate_bot.py --root . --owner <my-forge-account> --smokesuccessfully.Validation:
python scripts/validate_bot.py --root . --owner robocode-rumble-test --smokepassed for all 16 catalog bots. A local GUI battle has not been verified.
