Public tender automation — from opportunity discovery to prepared calculation.
raqid connects tender discovery, document completion, supplier pricing and calculation in one continuous workflow. It prepares the work; people review the evidence and approve the result.

A relevant notice leads to documents in different formats, company declarations, bills of quantities, supplier requests and pricing decisions. raqid connects these steps so that information found or entered once can inform the next step.
Discover → Understand → Complete → Calculate → Source → Review
| Step | What raqid prepares |
|---|---|
| Discover | Collects opportunities from procurement sources and prioritizes them against a company's profile, region and work. |
| Understand | Organizes notices, attachments and requirements while retaining links to their source. |
| Complete | Reuses supported company information to fill tender documents and leaves missing or uncertain fields visible. |
| Calculate | Structures bills of quantities and develops position-level estimates from company-specific cost inputs. |
| Source | Connects material needs with supplier requests and quotations that can inform the calculation. |
| Review | Presents prepared documents, prices and open questions for human checking and approval. |
Search is the entry point. The substantial work begins after a company decides to pursue a tender: understanding the documents, completing declarations, obtaining current prices and preparing a defensible calculation. raqid keeps those tasks in one workflow rather than treating each as an isolated tool.
Construction tenders require position-level work. raqid processes GAEB bills of quantities and other price sheets, retaining their structure, quantities and units. A calculation can combine labor, material and other cost categories with the company's own rates, catalog and historical calculations. Supplier quotations add current market input. Licensed SIRADOS construction data can provide an additional reference where company data does not cover a position.
The company remains responsible for its pricing logic and final figures. Sources, assumptions and open items should remain visible for review.
Published submission results can help place a proposed price beside comparable tenders. This context supports a pricing decision; it does not determine a winning price or change an offer without approval. Comparability and the limits of available results matter.

This is a conceptual view of the product, not a deployment diagram. Architecture principles
- Fragmented sources: The same opportunity may appear across portals with different fields and updates.
- Heterogeneous documents: Notices, scanned forms, spreadsheets and GAEB files carry different structures.
- Context: A field or position cannot be interpreted reliably without its surrounding document and tender context.
- Company-specific relevance: A useful opportunity and a suitable cost basis depend on the individual business.
- Calculation: Quantities, units, cost categories and price sources must stay connected at position level.
- Traceability: Reviewers need to see where a proposed value came from and what remains uncertain.
- Reliability: The workflow must surface missing evidence and processing failures rather than silently completing an offer.
- Evidence over guessing. Leave unsupported values open for review.
- Company knowledge first. Reuse approved company information and cost inputs where relevant.
- Automation with control. Keep decisions and approval with the team.
- One connected workflow. Carry context from discovery through preparation and calculation.
- Explainable calculation. Preserve the source and basis of proposed position prices.
- Security by design. Treat company documents and calculations as private information.
The product combines procurement-source ingestion, normalization and enrichment; matching and ranking; document processing and retrieval; company knowledge and document automation; GAEB processing and calculation; supplier communication and market analysis. Quality assurance and monitoring support the workflow across these components.
