This adds a small, non-intrusive badge on the account page (account/[address].vue) when the viewed address is in EVM format (0x...), showing whether it appears on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) sanctions list.

  • Uses Presend's free, no-key /api/address-risk endpoint (https://presend.pages.dev), which checks against the community-maintained 0xB10C/ofac-sanctioned-digital-currency-addresses republication of OFAC's list.
  • Best-effort and non-blocking: the fetch failing (network issue, rate limit) silently does nothing rather than breaking the page.
  • Scoped to EVM addresses only. Ping Dashboard mostly shows bech32 (Cosmos SDK) addresses, which this check doesn't yet cover — no badge is shown for those, rather than a misleading "not checked" state. It will show correctly on EVM-compatible chains you list (Evmos, Injective, Cronos, Kava, etc.).
  • Single file changed, 33 lines added, no removals.

Verified with vue-tsc --noEmit (clean) and a full vite build (clean). I didn't have a chain config available locally to verify the badge visually in the running app — chain configs live in ping-pub/mainnet rather than this repo — so a visual check on your end before merging would be worthwhile.

Shows a small badge on the account page when the viewed address is in
EVM format (0x...), indicating whether it appears on the OFAC
Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) sanctions list.

Uses Presend's free, no-key /api/address-risk endpoint
(https://presend.pages.dev). The check is best-effort and
non-blocking: on any failure it silently does nothing, and for
non-EVM (bech32) addresses no badge is shown at all, since that
format isn't covered by the underlying sanctions list yet.

Verified with vue-tsc --noEmit and a full vite build, both clean.

Follow-up to #699. The account page no longer calls the Presend API: it reads the six 0xB10C OFAC lists that contain EVM addresses (ETH, USDT, USDC, ARB, BSC, ETC) once per session from raw.githubusercontent.com, and only shows a badge when the address is listed. The 'Not OFAC sanctioned' badge is removed.
